April 23 - Response to Aprils feedback:

We have reviewed your comments and taken onboard your issues with appointments. We have made changes to help our patients - We have now added lots more GP, Face to Face & Nurse appointments on-line for you to book!  Thank you for your comments we hope this helps

  • April 23 - Struggle to get an appointment. Very sad that face to face appointments are difficult to get these days whilst I hear other surgeries manage very well. I was happy with the service but now I am totally frustrated.
  • I would prefer to see the doctor face to face instead of telephone conversations.
  • Friendly helpful staff only negative is that its difficult to get appointment.

Jan 23 - I have always experienced outstanding service from this practice for the past 40 years.

Jan 23 - Excellent reception staff and very good doctors and nurses.

Jan 23 -Lovely Nurse -explained everything clearly. 

Jan 23 - 50 mins wait! Dr Dawoud's response: We would like to apologise if patients are waiting this long, if you experience a long wait please speak to reception after 20mins.

Sept 22 - "We appreciate the small size of the practice and that is a family run surgery, with long serving and very efficient, professional and pleasant staff.  The phone is always answered promptly and it is usually possible to have a same day appointment.  You feel you are part of the 'family' when dealing with all concerned" 

July 22 - "Absolutely brilliant.  All of them are lovely." 

July 22 - "I spoke to a lovely Dr who prescribed cream & a course of antibiotics for my sons eczema, at first I thought this was a bit excessive but his skin cleared up amazingly and he has completely stopped licking his lips/face which is fantastic as it was getting so sore. I just wanted to say thank you, as its made such a massive difference!" (E.D. 18.07.22)
