When We Are Closed

If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery reopens then please dial 111 (NHS service) which is a free call from both landlines and mobiles.

The duty doctor may offer advice, an appointment to attend the emergency medical centre or a home visit, depending on the nature of the problem.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.

PROTECTED EDUCATION TIME SESSIONS (PETS) The phone lines close at 13:00

PETS are used to up-skill staff with patient care at the centre of every session.

The Practice is open at the following times. We do not close for lunch.

Appointments are pre-bookable, on-line or by calling the surgery.  We embargo some appointments so we have appointments available on the day for urgent on the day requests. 

If you need to speak to someone urgently outside of these times, please dial 111 

If you have a Medical emergency please dial 999

Your medical record will be available to the GP or nurse that sees you to ensure that they have the information they need to give you the best possible care. 

In order to book an evening or weekend appointment, you must call the GP practice as these appoints are not currently available online.

However if you need to book an evening or weekend appointment and your GP surgery is closed,

please call NHS 111 and they will be able to advise you further.
